We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter to help us find, attract, and secure some of the best marketing talent across APAC and beyond for the leading brands in the world.
This is not a volume recruiter role. We need someone who knows how to go beyond keyword matching and surface the right talent through strong judgment, market knowledge, and a real understanding of what great looks like. You’ll partner closely with the business to understand needs properly, translate them into smart search strategies, and create a talent experience that reflects the quality and energy of our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who has built their foundations in a recruitment agency environment, but who also understands the value of working more closely with the business, ideally through some in-house recruiting experience as well.
