Talent Acquisition Partner

Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week)
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end hiring for their assigned client group, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent. This role includes facilitating regular hiring update discussions, identifying and addressing recurring recruitment challenges, tracking and reporting on open and filled roles, and building strong relationships with external partners such as schools and community organizations.

- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to deliver a full-cycle recruitment process from proactive sourcing to offer.
