Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
