The purpose of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations function through accurate and timely execution of pre‑boarding and hiring activities. The role is responsible for operational delivery across offer management, background checks, and hiring administration. Acting as the critical link between final interview completion and an employee’s first day, this role ensures compliance, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end offer letter initiation, documentation completion and hiring administration in line with approved terms, timelines and compliance requirements.
• Coordinates background checks and pre‑employment requirements, ensuring candidate consent, regulatory compliance, timely follow‑ups and review results for red flags for escalation to hiring managers or People partners.
