Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience managing complex recruitment programs and client stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices
- Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
