Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is the most senior hiring specialist in SOLS Group, responsible for sourcing and closing leadership and C‑suite talent and for managing the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who handles day‑to‑day hiring. This is a strategic hiring partner role that owns the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer across all SOLS Group brands.

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all Manager, Director, Head‑of, and C‑suite roles across SOLS Group brands.
• Conduct direct headhunting and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage the full senior hiring lifecycle, including screening, structured interviews, assessment, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
