About you We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record and passion for building tech talent within software engineering, technology or AI businesses. You will be part of a high performing People Team, reporting directly to the People Director and leading a team of high performing Talent Specialists. You will empower your team to meet ambitious goals by providing direction on sourcing strategies and best practices, whilst mentoring and coaching them to perform at their very best. Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking, networking and strong relationships, you will analyse recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to our growing business.
