Talent Acquisition / Learning & Training Expert

As a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Training Expert within the People Services Hub, you will play a hybrid role that combines recruitment excellence with learning & training coordination. This unique position allows you to dedicate 80 % of your time to Talent Acquisition activities and 20 % to Learning & Training initiatives supporting the Beiersdorf factory in Tres Cantos.

Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for both white‑collar and blue‑collar roles within the factory (from early-career professionals to senior and management positions).
Apply competency-based interviewing techniques and aptitude diagnostics to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
