Our client is seeking a TA Lead responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across key business functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, business‑oriented recruiter with strong ownership, execution capability, and a data‑driven approach. This is a full onsite role, with the office located in BGC, Taguig.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
