Overview
Valnet is seeking an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead. This person will ensure new hires meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for our internal recruitment team.
Location: Onsite – Montreal | Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support our resource network
- Onboard new contributors
- Interview specialized roles and freelancers
- Track and fill requests for new remote contributors
- Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards
- Investigate and vet new freelance job boards
- Manage remote team budget and operations
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Recruiter, Operations Manager, Managing Editors, legal, and HR resources
