Valnet is seeking an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead. This person will ensure new hires meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for our internal recruitment team. Location: Onsite – Montreal | Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Responsibilities
Oversee and support our resource network Onboard new contributors Interview specialized roles and freelancers Track and fill requests for new remote contributors Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards Investigate and vet new freelance job boards Manage remote team budget and operations Collaborate with the Senior Operations Recruiter, Operations Manager, Managing Editors, legal, and HR resources Requirements
