This is a 100% on-site, functional leadership role designed for a high-performing recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will act as a subject matter expert, owning the recruitment function and driving process improvements while mentoring junior team members. Managing a desk that sees significant inbound application volume (300–400 daily), you will be responsible for identifying top-tier talent for warehouse operations and niche corporate roles.
