As a Talent Acquisition Junior, you will take part in company development on multiple topics and missions, such as:
Responsibilities
- Constantly look for people who adapt and converse with our brand values and culture.
- Understand our strategy and convey the brand purpose when searching for talent.
- Act as single point of contact for hiring managers, providing regular updates and communication about processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Submit brief reports on shortlists to proceed to subsequent interview phases.
