Talent Acquisition Jr. Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Jr. Talent Acquisition Manager to own and elevate our talent acquisition strategy across manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who has scaled recruiting functions in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments and knows how to attract top technical and operational talent in a competitive market.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical functions, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with plant leadership and regional stakeholders to align workforce planning with business goals. You'll also play a key role in shaping how we show up in the talent market — from employer brand positioning to the candidate experience we deliver at every touchpoint.
