The Talent Acquisition Intern will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role focuses on recruitment operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements.
• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager.
