Responsibilities

• Support the entire recruitment and selection process, from analysing client requirements to concluding the selection process.
• Assist in identifying, assessing and selecting high‑calibre candidates for client companies through recruitment and consultancy activities, including publishing job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, drafting candidate profiles, headhunting, managing final negotiations and onboarding the selected candidate.
• Publish job advertisements, screen applications and make initial contact with candidates.

Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
