Talent Acquisition (HR Recruiter)

• Partner with the HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans across multiple regions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, to pre-onboarding coordination.
• Source and engage both passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and other recruitment channels.
