Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible in supporting recruitment process and projects.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
Employer Branding:
- Support the ideation and execution process of employer branding content across various platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and employer branding performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing internal and external employer branding events.
Requirements:
- Majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Available for 3-6 months of internship period.
- Not yet graduated or active students.
- Have an experience in social content.
- Good written and communication skills – both English and Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsof Word, Excel and Power point)
- Interested in Recruitment.
- Get used to recruitment tools.
