Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a central hub and critical component of the hiring and onboarding process for Clarvida. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiting teams to facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process – from offer to start date. Core activities include collection and tracking of preboarding documentation and references and maintaining status updates to our Recruitment and Operations teams. This role provides a positive candidate experience as one of Clarvida’s first impressions in the onboarding journey.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure strong organizational practices to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Communicate effectively and timely with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and candidates through written and verbal formats.
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process from offer acceptance through start date, supporting a team of recruiters.
