Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Western Canada, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support and full-cycle recruitment of entry‑level salaried hires supporting our Operations and Corporate groups. This position will be based out of the Calgary office.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with position postings, offer letters and other administrative tasks within Workday.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in conducting full cycle recruitment of junior or entry‑level salaried roles.
• Assist TA team with reference and background checks.
• Maintain job description library within SharePoint.
• Manage LinkedIn Recruiter profile by maintaining and updating all job postings.
• Manage employment inquiries (resumes, applications, telephone calls, walk‑ins).
