About the team
The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team at Eaton is dedicated to acquiring the best possible talents within the EMEA market. It is a diverse and inclusive group of around 30 people based in Eaton locations across EMEA. The team supports Eaton in developing efficient, sustainable power management solutions that meet the ever‑changing needs of the world.
What you’ll do
You will support recruiting activities for Eaton in the EMEA region, initially focusing on Spain. The role requires the consultant to be able to travel to the Zaragoza area when required. You will utilize all recruiting and assessment tools to proactively identify, screen, and assess talented candidates based on the Eaton leadership model. You will interface with HR and hiring managers on current openings and long‑range talent strategies, monitor and drive hiring metrics, and conduct searches using various resources.
