Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates.

• Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews
• Prepare job offers and arrange for onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
• Engage with employment agencies as needed
