The Talent Acquisition Consultant, Asia is responsible for leading and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across Ambition's offices in Asia. As the sole recruiter for the region, this role partners closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across both revenue-generating and corporate functions. The position plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives, process improvement, and talent market intelligence to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Ambition's Asia offices.
• Recruit for a broad range of positions, including agency recruitment consultants, corporate services functions, and leadership roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates from Graduate/Entry-Level through to Senior Management positions.
