Talent Acquisition Associate (Project-Based)
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, Corporate Hiring, the Talent Acquisition Associate focuses on Recruitment Operations, handling end-to-end recruitment for both external and internal requirements. This role is vital for screening, profiling candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for all external and internal requirements.
- Profile initial and behavioral interviews, present qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and oversee scheduling of department interviews with the appropriate hiring manager.
- Facilitate a smooth internal hiring process.
- Encode necessary information into the system accurately and timely.
- Support the entire team in meeting hiring targets.
