Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Creatively and actively source for potential candidates.
• Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews smoothly.
• Support candidates through the process.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within headhunting, executive search, or outsourcing industries.
• Knowledgeable in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
