Qualification

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment support, sourcing, or candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with volume hiring practices and basic pre-hiring test facilitation.
• Work experience in lead generation through social media and job boards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite tools.
• Basic familiarity with online recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Exposure to employer branding or candidate engagement activities is an advantage.
• Amenable to work onsite (Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig).
• Project-based employment potential for extension or regularization, subject to performance and business requirements.
