Duties and Responsibilitie
A. Recruitment Leadership and Oversight
1.Supervise and guide Recruitment Officer in:
- Job posting
- Initial screening
- Interview coordination
- Applicant documentation
- Conduct final interviews for supervisory and key roles
- Partner with department heads to define hiring profiles and competencies
- Improve sourcing strategies and recruitment channels
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines
