As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of training, identifying and recruiting top talent.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Familiar with recruitment processes and ready for the next challenge.
• Speak both English & Spanish.
• Able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Responsibilities

• Own and create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring.
• Collaborate closely with leaders to understand strategic goals, talent needs, and challenges.
• Facilitate performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and fostering a culture of adaptability and inclusivity.
