We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will provide strategic TA partnership.
This position reports to the TA Team Leader & the TA Head for México & CAM.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be based on-site at our Querétaro plant, serving as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition activities within the location.
This role will ensure the effective execution of recruitment strategies aligned with operational needs, while facilitating the work and alignment of a small team of three TA Junior professionals, promoting collaboration, consistency, and high-quality delivery.
The TA Advisor will also provide labor market insights to attract top talent through innovative tools, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, while actively contributing to early careers initiatives and talent pipeline development.
