Summary
The Tailored Clothing Leader drives tailored clothing and made-to-measure (MTM) sales at the Bloor St. store by coaching advisors, modeling personal selling, and supporting store operations. This role focuses on building advisor capability and consistency to increase conversion, productivity, and client satisfaction. The Leader also partners with tailoring operations and vendors to ensure MTM quality and order accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Drive tailored clothing and MTM sales through hands-on coaching and live selling support.
- Deliver structured training, one-on-one coaching, and skills evaluations for advisors.
- Analyze sales trends, advisor performance, and missed opportunities to implement improvement plans.
- Ensure MTM order accuracy, monitor re-alterations and refusals, and lead service recovery.
