Position Overview
TaskUs is seeking an experienced BPO Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for admin and support staff positions in Mexico.
Responsibilities- Full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer and close.
- Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate selection criteria and timelines for delivery.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and educate on interview best practices.
- Passively source top talent and manage a pipeline ready to hire.
- Ensure job postings are accurate, marketable and target the appropriate audience.
- Attend community events to promote TaskUs brand and plan on‑site Interviewing Days.
- Build a bench of qualified and interested candidates for high‑volume roles.
