What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel etc
- Singaporeans only
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing positions, including technicians, engineers, and support functions.
