T Visa Department Lead – Leading Immigration Law Firm A leading immigration law firm, located in Polanco is looking for an experienced T Visa Department Lead to manage and develop its T Visa department. This role requires someone with expert-level knowledge of T Visa cases, strong experience conducting and overseeing client interviews, and the leadership ability to manage a team, workflow, and department pipeline. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who understands T Visa requirements in depth and knows how to guide a team through the process of identifying, developing, and preparing strong potential cases for attorney review. This is a leadership role. It is not an entry-level position.
