Systems Training Analyst

The Systems Training Analyst reports to the Manager, HR & Payroll Systems and is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for the Government of Nunavut’s financial, human resources, payroll, and employee self‑service (ESS) systems. The analyst ensures departmental end users are proficient in system usage by analyzing processes, identifying training needs, and implementing effective training strategies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, accuracy and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Research training resources with software providers and vendors; collaborate with the Financial Systems Management team to assess user training needs.
• Design and deliver customized group training sessions and specialized training for new and existing users.
