Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring payroll system accuracy through configuration, testing, and compliance with awards and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test Kronos rules to ensure compliance with industrial agreements
- Lead UAT, integration testing, and load testing activities
- Identify system risks and ensure full end-to-end validation
- Develop test plans, workload models, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and functionality errors
- Support payroll transformation and system improvement initiatives
