Systems Support Analyst

Overview

The System Support Analyst is responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance to maintain an optimal operational computing environment for employees in the assigned region. The Systems Support Analyst will install and maintain computer systems and networks to achieve high functionality. The role includes training users on the IT infrastructure and ensuring safe usage of systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and an interest in staying up to date with the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Cebu end users.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and respond to requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
