Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper‑V, VMware, Azure Stack HCI, and dHCI solutions.
- Configure and support Microsoft Windows Server services including Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), Network Policy Server (NPS), File Server, and Failover Clustering.
- Deploy and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and AWS platforms.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, iSCSI, SMB, Fibre Channel, and NFS environments.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and service recovery activities.
- Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.
