Reporting to our Head of Talent, Leadership and Capability this is a strategic role responsible for driving the uplift of our organisations systems capability. In this role you will:

+ Act as a strategic learning advisor on internal systems, identifying opportunities for capability uplift and process optimisation.

+ Lead the design, development, and seamless rollout of learning supporting system capability uplift

+ Develop comprehensive training strategies and design frameworks for new system implementations.
