This includes the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of physical servers, virtual on-premises servers, and cloud-hosted Windows Server platforms. Ensure the overall stability, security, and performance of server infrastructure, enabling the organisation’s systems to operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular Windows Server health checks.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, fault finding, OS upgrades, and server migrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft clustered environments.
- Investigate issues related to Active Directory (AD) and DNS.
- Configure SQL Server where required.
