About The Role
As a Systems Engineer (ShiftOps) in Enterprise Service Operations (ESO), you will play a key role in monitoring all application systems and tasks, supervising the shift assigned to the operator through tools, and providing first‑level support in case of any issues. You will proactively monitor applications and systems to avoid critical impacts to production, and when unresolved you will escalate issues to respective support groups to ensure timely resolution.
