Responsibilities
Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and related systems Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix and related systems Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies Performs other duties and special projects as assigned Interpersonal/Behavioral Skills
