In this role, you will establish and lead the Systems Engineering function within SumUp’s Corporate IT, owning and maturing the identity infrastructure built on Microsoft Entra ID. You will consolidate and standardize core platform configurations, driving stability, observability, and performance beyond lights-on operations. You’ll shape a scalable, AI-enabled identity program across a multi-region fintech environment, partnering with security, compliance, and engineering teams. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that blends architecture, governance, and mentorship to deliver secure access at scale.
