Systems Engineer - Learning, SaaS

Scope: Focuses on designing, delivering, enhancing, and continuously improving enterprise learning technology solutions while applying strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Owns the engineering, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technology platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and an exceptional user experience. What you'll do: Design, develop, and enhance technical solutions using enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, reporting tools, automation platforms, and scripting technologies. Troubleshoot application, integration, reporting, and data issues, identifying root causes and solutions independently. Proactively pick up backlog items and collaborate with team members as needed.
