Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft 365 services to meet the organization's specific needs, including modifying SharePoint Online sites, Groups, OneDrive, Teams channels, and security settings.
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory application registrations (admin consent), conditional access policies, and single-sign-on integrations with third party applications.
- Perform tenant level administration, policy configuration, and top-level support for integration with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Administer and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Active Directory, AADC and Microsoft 365 admin center. This includes creating and managing user groups, group policy, and managing security features.
