Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for internal training systems and infrastructure
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (laptops, servers (vm), network devices) and software
- Prepare and set up the center according to the training requirements
- Provisioning of training laptops using cloning tools, or push down via GPO or WSUS etc.
- Support user account and permission management in Microsoft Active Directory
- Provide operation and support for equipment. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and arrange for defective components to be replaced
- Perform routine monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance across systems.
- Help maintain and document IT inventory, system configurations, and procedures.
- Coordinate and follow-up with vendors, system administrators and project teams to resolve issues in the environment.
