Job Summary
The Systems Engineer is responsible for administrating and supporting client’s operating system environments according to best practices, while ensuring high levels of system availability and performance. This role involves supporting and maintaining the organization’s systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware, software, and infrastructure applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 troubleshooting for network operating system issues, hardware performance, security vulnerabilities, and other basic systems management tasks.
- Resolve Incident Requests for assigned clients.
- Install and configure new hardware and software, collaborating with the support of on‑site resources when required.
- Devise processes, methodologies, and documentation to enhance customer support quality.
- Analyze logs, system performance, and apply operating system updates and configuration changes.
