In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the following tasks:
Own and be accountable for Polarion ALM administration and support across the organization, ensuring smooth workflows, robust governance, system stability, and continuous improvement for efficient, compliant use.
Configure and enhance Polarion by managing access and permissions, driving upgrades and stability improvements, and resolving system issues to ensure reliable, compliant, and disruption‑free operations.
Manage customer complaints for Radiometer Diagnostics products by facilitating investigations, leading cross‑functional root cause analysis with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams, and driving timely, compliant resolutions to strengthen product quality and patient safety.
