About the Role

Kelsian Group is seeking a Systems Compliance Specialist to join the Group People & Culture Team, on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension.

The Systems Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and legislative compliance of payroll system data, through close collaboration with Payroll, People & Culture and industrial relations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure payroll systems data and configuration accurately reflect current Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Provide support in interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Awards, translating requirements into payroll system rules, calculations and data models.
