Systems Architect - Salesforce

Overview

Fanshawe College seeks a Systems Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise CRM solutions focused on Salesforce Education Cloud and related platforms. This role contributes to the College's strategic enrolment and student engagement objectives within a hybrid work arrangement based in London, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of enterprise CRM and student engagement solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, MuleSoft, and related platforms supporting recruitment, admissions, conversion, communications, and student engagement.
• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise solution architectures that are secure, scalable, and integrated across the College.
