A Systems Analyst Supervisor supports team coordination and project oversight while developing leadership skills in managing analysts, guiding deliverables, and ensuring adherence to project processes.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Systems or Business Analysis or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, documentation, and system evaluation.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, monitor project progress, and support delivery timelines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or structured project methodologies.
- Experience working with HR processes and HRIS platforms.
